Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Claim your private health rebate on the spot. Rebates depend on your fund and level of extras cover.
Medicare
Eligible patients on a GP care plan can claim a Medicare rebate for physiotherapy.
DVA and WorkCover
We accept DVA and WorkCover cases.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online without a GP referral. If you're claiming through Medicare, you'll need a GP care plan first.
What happens in my first appointment?
We'll talk through what has happened and what you want to get back to, assess how you move, explain exactly what's going on and map out your plan. Treatment starts in your first appointment.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Yes. You can claim your private health rebate on the spot after your appointment. Your rebate depends on your fund and level of extras cover.
Do you accept DVA and WorkCover?
Yes. We accept DVA and WorkCover cases.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes that let us see and move the area we're treating, like shorts for knees and hips or a singlet for shoulders. Bring any scans, reports or surgical notes you have.
What's your cancellation policy?

Where do I park?
You can park on Pittwater Road in front of the clinic anytime after 10am. Before then, there's street parking near the tennis club and golf course and in the back streets behind Pittwater Road.
